By accessing or using Supplier’s Den (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any tools, features, or applications provided therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supplier’s Den provides digital tools and services including, but not limited to, image generation, image optimization, label exporting, and related utilities (collectively, the “Service”).

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Supplier’s Den shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Certain features may require phone number verification. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive verification codes and service-related communications via SMS.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload, generate, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise misuse any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the integrity or performance of the Service.

In the event of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account, revocation of credits, and restriction of access to the Service, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, functionality, and original content, is the exclusive property of Supplier’s Den and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant Supplier’s Den a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

The Service may operate on a credit-based system. We may, at our discretion, offer free or promotional credits, which may be subject to expiration or usage limitations.

• Each successful image generation consumes one (1) credit.
• Purchased credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• For all refund-related matters, users must refer to our Refund Policy page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Meesho Image Generator – Specific Terms

The Meesho Image Generator is a specialized tool offered as part of the Service and is subject to the following additional conditions:

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, the Service may occasionally experience technical errors, delays, bugs, or downtime.

We reserve the right to place the Service, or any part thereof, under maintenance, during which access may be limited or unavailable. Supplier’s Den shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from such interruptions.

9. Support and Response Time

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to address user inquiries and issues. However, you acknowledge and agree that resolution times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. Supplier’s Den does not guarantee immediate or fixed response or resolution timelines.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, any unused credits may be forfeited without refund, subject to applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Supplier’s Den makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of the Service or any results obtained through its use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supplier’s Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
